Terms of Use

1. Introduction

This End-User License Agreement (including the Supplemental Terms, as applicable) (hereinafter "EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Wsolv ("we", "Wsolv", "us" or "our"). By installing or otherwise using the Wsolv App, you: (a) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA, (b) represent and warrant that you own or control the mobile device in which the Wsolv App will be installed, and (c) represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this EULA and to abide by all its terms and conditions, just as if you had signed it.

The terms and conditions of this EULA also apply to Wsolv App updates, supplements, and services not provided under a separate license or agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this EULA, do not install or use the Wsolv App. We may amend these terms occasionally. If changes materially affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you by reasonable means, including in-app notices. Continued use of the Wsolv App after such changes constitutes your acceptance.

2. License Grant

Wsolv hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Wsolv App for your personal, non-commercial use, strictly in accordance with this EULA.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

● Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Wsolv App.

● Rent, lease, loan, resell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Wsolv App to any third party.

● Make any copy of the Wsolv App other than as expressly permitted by this license.

● Use the Wsolv App for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by this EULA.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Wsolv App (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the Wsolv App) are owned by Wsolv or its licensors. The Wsolv App is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from Wsolv if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Wsolv App and delete all copies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of the Wsolv App is at your sole risk and that the entire risk as to satisfactory quality, performance, accuracy, and effort is with you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Wsolv App is provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults and without warranty of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wsolv shall not be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Wsolv App.

8. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
